1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and olx17 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us") with respect to your access to and use of the olx17 website located at olx17.im and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, virtual sports, promotional programmes, and payment services (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process on olx17.im, clicking "I Agree", logging into an existing account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you irrevocably agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any supplementary rules published for specific games, tournaments, or promotions, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing olx17 on behalf of any third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the olx17 platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. olx17 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or wager on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any national or institutional self-exclusion list relevant to gambling services.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of olx17, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previous olx17 account closed for violation of these Terms.

olx17 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. We employ age verification procedures at registration and may request identity documentation at any point to confirm your age. If we have reasonable cause to suspect that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period when the player was under 18 or ineligible will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one olx17 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if they change. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. olx17 accepts no liability for losses or delays caused by inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your olx17 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. olx17 will treat any activity conducted through your account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of unauthorised access. You must contact olx17 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

olx17 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any transaction that triggers our internal risk controls. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by olx17 may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

olx17 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• olx17 does not charge a processing fee on deposits made via supported mobile wallets. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposited funds are credited to your olx17 wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor, which typically occurs within seconds for mobile wallet transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and account used to deposit, unless otherwise approved by olx17's compliance team following KYC review.
• olx17 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or pending KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will not be processed on an account that has an open fraud investigation or outstanding KYC requirement.
• olx17 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for withdrawals above ৳50,000 per transaction.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses on olx17 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to domestic BDT transactions. olx17 is not responsible for any exchange rate or conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers outside the platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

olx17 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated into and governed by these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is detailed on the relevant promotion page. olx17 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage weighting.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Players who, in the sole determination of olx17, are found to be exploiting promotional offers — through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method intended to gain an unfair advantage — will have their bonus funds voided, any associated winnings forfeited, and their accounts reviewed for suspension. olx17 decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.

5.4 Promotion Modifications

olx17 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already met the qualifying conditions for an active promotion will not be disadvantaged by changes made after the qualifying event has occurred, except where required by applicable law or to prevent fraudulent activity.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on olx17 are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Habanero, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and uses either a certified RNG engine or a live-dealer format compliant with international fair-play standards. The RTP for each game is determined by the game supplier and is fixed independently of player behaviour or account history.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

All bets are settled in accordance with these rules. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect price or market offering, olx17 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the olx17 platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculated odds — any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using VPN services, proxies, or other technical measures to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations imposed by olx17.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deception directed at olx17 or other players on the platform.

Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in legal action being pursued by olx17.

7 Responsible Gaming

olx17 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If it stops being enjoyable, olx17 encourages players to make use of the following self-management tools available through the account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Define the maximum duration of a single gaming session before the platform prompts you to take a break.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Reality Check Reminders: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing time elapsed and net session outcome.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by olx17

olx17 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• The account has been used to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• The player is under 18 years of age or is otherwise ineligible to use the platform.
• Continued access poses a risk to the security or integrity of the olx17 platform or other players.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your olx17 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method following a standard KYC review. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your access to the olx17 platform will be revoked. Any accrued bonus balances, loyalty points, or promotional credits that had not yet met their qualifying conditions will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law clauses — will continue to apply after account closure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the olx17 platform — including but not limited to the olx17 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, game assets, software code, promotional material, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of olx17 or is used under licence from its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the olx17 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any olx17 content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software component of the platform; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from olx17; or create derivative works based on any olx17 intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of olx17's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims for damages under applicable intellectual property law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, olx17 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of the olx17 platform, even if olx17 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

olx17's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your olx17 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

olx17 makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that any specific game outcome will occur. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Amendments to Terms

olx17 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a prominent announcement on the olx17 website and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.

The amended Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the olx17 platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. olx17 maintains an archive of prior Terms versions, which may be requested by contacting support.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the olx17 platform, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. olx17 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint informally within 10 business days of receipt. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication with our support team.

12.2 Formal Dispute Process

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter in writing to olx17's compliance team. olx17 will provide a written determination within 20 business days of receiving a formal written complaint. All decisions made by olx17's compliance team are final and binding on both parties with respect to the factual determination of account history and transaction records.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services in the jurisdiction in which olx17 operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the informal or formal processes described above.
